C. QUALIFICATIONS
1. One to two years experience or trained by HOP operator
2. Handle equipment with skill and knowledge ALWAYS putting safety first
3. Knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance
4. Improve knowledge, upgrade skills, and broaden job capabilities
5. Knowledge of materials and capabilities of each piece of equipment
6. Knowledge of proper loading techniques and weight and volume restrictions
7. Possess skills to be a professional equipment operator
8. Situational awareness. Always be alert to things around you
9. Work together and communicate with all other employees
