A. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

C. QUALIFICATIONS

1. One year minimum office experience (desired)
2. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel)
3. Working knowledge of office equipment (fax, copier, adding machines)
4. Legible handwriting
5. Must be respectful, courteous, and friendly
6. Must wear appropriate attire and keep a neat, clean appearance

3. Handle customers and co-workers in a polite and professional manner including proper phone etiquette. Let them hear you smile!

6. Must learn to multi-task and learn what you can do to help others
7. Willingness to be trained on equipment as needed and recognize situations that may require your assistance
8. Provide feedback to the appropriate personnel
9. Keep personal conversations, text messages, etc to a minimum
10. Office and work phones are for business use only. Text messaging is not allowed
11. Everyone answers phones, takes orders, and written messages for all missed calls to other employees
12. Everyone is responsible for waiting on customers at the service window or that walk into the office
13. Show a willingness to do all paperwork for any fellow employee (deposits, invoices, filing, post trips, etc.)
14. Make sure invoicing for the following day is ready
15. Internet use is restricted to business use only
