Listed below are the positions that we currently have available:

CDL and Non-CDL Drivers:

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, one or two years experience (minimum) or graduate of approved school, Handles truck with skills and knowledge, knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools for managing load, knowledge of DOT laws, regulations, and record keeping as applicable, knowledge of proper load techniques and weight restrictions. Applicants must have good communication and navigational skills as well as situational awareness within different locations.

Office Staff:

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, one year minimun office experience, basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel), Working knowledge of office equipment (fax, copier, adding machines), and legible handwriting. Applicants must be respectful, courteous, and friendly.

Mechanic:

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, two to three years of experience or equivalent training, possess a class A or B CLD liscense, have DOT medical card, ability to travel to and from job sites to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment, handle equipment with skill and knowledge ALWAYS putting safety first, perform maintenance inspections, preventative maintenance, and schedule services in accordance with DOT regulations, have own personal tools to perform repairs and maintenance. Applicants must also have knowledge of filling out repair orders and updating maintenance records.

Rubber Tire/Track Loader Operator:

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, operating a rubber tire loader or track loader to push, mix, load, and maintain landscaping supplies (To see a list of these supplies, click here.), One to two years experience or trained by a Hollins Organic Products operator, handle equipment with skill and knowledge ALWAYS putting safety first, knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, knowledge of materials and capabilities of each piece of equipment. Applicants must also possess the skills to be a professional equipment operator and have situational awareness.

Material Handler:

Job requirements include, but are not limited to, one year of work experience, handles equipment with skilled knowledge, ability to listen to and follow instructions, must have reliable source of transportation. Applicants must also be able to list 70 pounds.
